DiceAlpha

Legal Framework

Terms of Operations

Effective Date: June 12, 2026. Please read this operational specification and terms document thoroughly before linking API credentials or executing automated strategies.

1. Operational Scope

DiceAlpha operates solely as a trustless, decentralized software marketplace hosting peer-to-peer executable dice trading strategies. Our platform does not act as a bookmaker, broker, financial advisor, or asset manager. We provide real-time IDE compiler features, visualization charts, and programmatic copying tools for informational and analytical purposes in connection with third-party platform API gateways (such as Wolf.bet).

You explicitly acknowledge that using algorithmic automation tools on high-frequency gaming interfaces carries extreme hazards, and that your participation on any external network is bound to their respective terms of service.

2. Algorithmic Mirroring & Copying

When copying or mirroring a strategy created by a third-party user (“Master”), you authorize the DiceAlpha local execution client to fetch, translate, and pass high-frequency betting commands using your personally linked API keys.

  • Third-Party Strategy Independence: Strategy developers operate entirely independently of DiceAlpha. We offer absolutely no guarantees regarding the logic, stability, profit parameters, or safety of non-vetted communal Lua scripts.
  • Instant Sync Discontinuation: In worst-case conditions or plan tier adjustments, copying services can decouple rapidly. It is the copier’s sole responsibility to set hard risk controls within their third-party platform credentials (e.g., wallet limits or token authorizations).

3. Zero-Custody Architecture

DiceAlpha is architected strictly under zero-custody standards. This means that:

  • Your API credentials and secret tokens are loaded directly in your browser session or local executable node environment. They are never transmitted to or cached on our hosted application servers.
  • We do not maintain custody of your digital assets, tokens, or casino balances. Financial deposits and withdrawals occur solely on external, integration partner contracts or ledgers.
  • Because we lack custody, our staff cannot restore lost passwords, unlock accounts, or freeze keys. Security of the local client-side configuration remains the user’s total responsibility.

4. Latency & Service Availability

High-frequency probability models require millisecond-level responsiveness. Any latency drift, socket timeout, WebSocket disconnection, browser crash, or database desynchronization can result in failed, skipped, or duplicated dice rolls.

Under no circumstances shall DiceAlpha, its developers, or its licensors be liable for any losses caused by server downtime, internet service failures, hardware lag, execution desync, or third-party server rate-limits.

5. Compliance & Local Regulations

You represent and warrant that your use of automated scripting, cryptocurrency networks, and integration tools is permitted within your country, state, or regional municipality. You are solely responsible for compliance with local financial disclosures, gaming restrictions, taxation rules, and virtual asset licensing laws.

DiceAlpha reserves the right to restrict platform access for residents of specific jurisdictions to comply with regulatory mandates or system guidelines.
